Some days I'm so overwhelmed I cannot talk. Yes really. I suppose this is how I am when I have nothing left to give.. The mask is off! I never understood it, nor did I let it just be what it was, until recently. I am learning to allow myself to take the time I need to completely shut down in order to.... Reboot? It leaves me in an extra vulnerable position because it's something I have masked for so many years. But I think it's time. What is life all about if not to accept yourself wholeheartedly for who you are ❤️

I love to film and edit, I think I've found my style now. That being said it does take such a lot out of me. So the purpose of 'Calm The Chaos Diaries,' is just that! Calm down, slow down, to remove all the "Bells & Whistles," and show a side of myself only few have seen. I guess I'm just a big softy at heart (SshHhh!!) We shall see where it takes us ☺️

Whilst I am proud of all the videos I put out, this one is especially important to me. I imagine there are many of you out there, just like myself, camouflaging, hiding in plain sight? I want you to know that this is a safe space and you are welcome here.. Just as you are. With whatever capacity you have in that moment ❤️
