Meet Lily, a hardworking student who spends time with her friends and family and loves to go to the gym. However, lately things haven't been feeling the same for Lily. Hanging out with friends becomes more of a chore, studying is too difficult, and she finds herself no longer prioritizing the gym. Lily’s family begins to notice her changed behaviour and they inform her of a therapy option, psychotherapy. In this video we will be exploring psychotherapy; including how it works, different forms of treatment, and its accessibility.

This video was made by McMaster University students Alicia Wong, Hannah Butterworth, Mathusha Jegatheeswaran, and Teia Radut in collaboration with the Demystifying Medicine McMaster Program.
