Finally found it again! A memory from Polk County Fair where :
Ropes were tied around my neck ,
A padlock slipped through the knot
My hands tied behind my back
A bag was stuffed over my head so I couldn't see (Yes, I looked stupid!)
and finally ,,,
Given 10 seconds to escape before the truck took off and removed my head!

I did this over a two year period until I regained my sanity (it actually was fairly dangerous.)

Best Part? I explained what I was going to do to 2 of the emergency responders. they purposely didn't tell the third responder. When he saw my head fly off he grabbed his bag and dashed 100ft down the road hoping to "save" me!
When he heard his partners laughing hysterically, he sheepishly turned round and went back!
