FINAL DECISION FROM THE NSAC:

On June 26th 2017, and after reviewing the fight several times with audio in real time, the Nevada State Athletic Commission voted unanimously and overturned the KO decision in favor of Guillermo Rigondeaux to a "NO CONTEST". NSAC executive director Bob Benett stated that neither of the two fighter camps had disputed the impending decision to change the original result.

Shortly after, the WBA ordered an immediate rematch between Moises Flores and Guillermo Rigondeaux following the end of Flores's medical suspension on August 17th 2017.
