Boost is a delicious creamy drink mix.
The best way I can describe it is like protein powder and a malted vanilla shake mixed.
There is a slight taste from the vitamins and minerals but that's what reminds me of malt, I like it.
If you like it, or not, it's great to add in your pancakes.
