How much do ADUs cost to build and what kind of return can you expect? My home in Austin, Texas has a big backyard so we had a tiny home builder company come out and give us a quote. We learned that our big back yard actually had a very limited ADU "buildable area" due to setbacks and restrictions (especially around trees!)
