This is the official chrome store, type in Metamask to search.

Create a new wallet, set your password and store your secret 12 phrases offline. DO NOT STORE ONLINE.

Pin Metamask to your Browser

Copy your ETH address from Metamask and send ETH to it/Alternatively buy ETH directly through Metamask

Research the tokens you like through https://www.coingecko.com/en

Launch https://uniswap.org/ and connect your Metamask

Select the market pair you wish to trade. Click SWAP

Ensure you have enough ETH on your Metamask balance to cover Gas costs

Wait for Confirmation (may take a while but sit tight)

View your Transaction on Etherscan https://etherscan.io/ simply past the transaction I.D. or follow the prompt from Metamask to view on Etherscan

Congratulations, you have Swapped your Tokens.

Lock your wallet after use (Click Metamask icon, click on the pie, select lock) You will then need to re-enter your password to get back onto your account.
