1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tsp chowmein seasoning
1 tsp all purpose seasoning

1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tbsp chinese sauce & 1 tsp cassareep mixed in
1/3 cup water

1 pack chowmein noodles
1 tbsp salt
