The Best Exercises to Tone Your Arms, Shoulders, and Back 💪💯

Today we have a routine dedicated to strengthening the muscles of the arms, shoulders, and back.

They are compound exercises, in which, in the same exercise, we will work/engage two or more muscles. For example, in the first exercise, we will work the upper back and triceps, and so on...

For each exercise, we will do sets of 8 repetitions that we will repeat 3 times.

I'm going to use dumbbells of 3 and 5 kilos. If you are more experienced than I am, when I use 3 kg., you could use 4 kg., and likewise when I use 5 kg., you could add one more kilo. Conversely, if you're just starting out, you could use lighter dumbbells.

It is a purely strength routine, in which we will only use a pair of dumbbells and a mat.

It has no impact.
