In this video, I respond to James Tabor's use of redaction criticism to argue that Matthew and Luke hated Mark's Gospel. I identify and critique three bad scholarly habits Tabor employs, including arguing from silence, ignoring real, independent access to events, and preferring more complex theories over simple ones.
