Nirvana is a state of mind in which there is neither suffering, desire, nor sense of self, and the person is released from the effects of karma and the cycle of death and rebirth. It represents the final goal of Buddhism.

Varanasi is a place where thousands of people visit with the desire of attaining 'Moksha' after death. Moksha is the end of the birth and death cycle. Moksha is spiritual liberation. Lord Shiva, often referred to as the 'Destroyer' and 'The Supreme Yogi,' holds a unique place in the spiritual landscape of Varanasi.

This documentary goes deep into the ancient and mystical city of Varanasi, where concepts of Moksha (spiritual liberation) and death are focused by showing age-old traditions and ceremonies that have been passed down through generations.
