The Beat Konductaz 9th Annual
Dj/Producer Head to Head Competition

This is our 9th Annual Royalty Free: Sound Design Competition.
2020 _ Tournaments of Champions.

(Due to the COVID-19 regulations & restrictions in the United States, this is the first year that we took the competition online and made it a submission based battle. Since 2011, The Beat Konductaz competitions have always been a "LIVE" head to head battle with on the spot flips and challenges. We used take the competitors into a recording studio to play instruments and record an analog sound pack, they would all have to use in the first challenge. This competition is the tournament of champions from all past years as well our preliminary battle winners in 2020. Four of the sixteen competitors were not able to submit this year. So because of all the challenges surrounding COVID-19, We made the challenges for this years competition simple )

This battle consisted of 12 Producers/Beat Specialists competing to become our 9th Annual Champion.



Round 1 - " Royalty Free" - Can NOT use any copyrighted material, Royalty Free Only.

In Round 1 everybody is playing two Royalty Free beats for 90 seconds each. Judges will score each competitor 1-10. Competitors will be matched High/Low in Round 2.



Rounds 2, 3 & 4 - "One Man Army" - CAN play any non recycled beat from their vault, NO rules.

In Round 2 - 4 everybody will be playing two beats for 60 seconds each, Head to Head against their opponent and only one can advance. Eliminations each match. In Round 4, the final 3 competitors will play three beats each.
