No Equipment needed!
Full workout:
- 10 90 degree crunches
- 10 leg lifts
- 10 toe touches
- Rest 20 seconds
- 10 ankle touches each side
- 10 Russian twists each side
- 10 v-sit crunches
- Rest 10 seconds
- 30 second plank
- 15 second side plank each side
Feel free to make the workout easier or harder if needed! Let’s get it!
