How to make Croissant Bread or Crescent Rolls

Today we prepare what in Italy is called pane schiocco or pane scrocchio, which is actually a croissant bread similar to a savory or not sweet croissant. Call it what you want, the important thing is not the name but the flavor which is a spectacular 🤪.
For this recipe you will need a rolling pin which as usual I didn't have 😂, while the ingredients are:

Sugar 30 g
Dry Yeast 5 g

To laminate the dough:

Butter 90 g
Flour 40 g
