welcome back to my channel and enjoy today's recipe specially for friends who can't eat lentils for health issues. No difference in taste just perfect and mouth watering.
Ingredients
Wheat 2/3 cup (soak overnight)
Barley 2/3 cup (soak overnight)
Rice 2/3 cup ( soak for 1 to 2 hours)
Oats 2/3 cup
Oil 1/2cup + 2/3 cup
Spice 1
Bay leaf 1
Dry red chili 2 long
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Clove 5
Green cardamom 2
Badiyan flower 1
Spice 2
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Kashmiri mirch 1 tsp
Mace 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic powder 2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
