Today we discuss how and why I created the Woodland Garden. We look closely at many varieties of hosta and heuchera and pulmonaria of different sizes and colors. There are some varieties that can tolerate some sun and some that need all shade to thrive. Overall they are very hard plants that require very little care and maintenance. I do not fertilize them or provide any supplemental water once they are established.
