👉🏼 Sand- around 1” depth added for leveling. .5 yards per 1k square foot is a good starting point. I use masonry sand. Kiln dried or river sand works too.

👉🏼 Compost- nutrient dense. Great for adding organic matter. Can use a screen to sift out woody/larger chunks.

👉🏼 Sand/Compost- great do mild leveling, seeding, adding organic matter. Hard to find, but can mix yourself.
