But things didn’t exactly go to the sewers for Jelly Roll, a rapper who decided to leave hip-hop for country music! In fact, this decision resulted in Jelly receiving Grammy nominations, and then winning 3 awards at the 2023 CMT Music Awards. His breakout song, Son of A Sinner, established him as one of the strongest voices in country music.
