✨Start by kneeling in front of the wall with your hands on the ground, Practicing headstands against a wall is a safe way to build strength and confidence, from here interlace your fingers, and place the crown of your head on the mat.

✨Walk your feet towards your face and lift your hips up, keeping your weight evenly distributed between your head and arms.

✨Engage your core and slowly lift one leg towards the wall, followed by the other leg.

✨Press your forearms and elbows firmly into the ground to maintain stability.

✨Remember to breathe deeply and relax into the pose. When you’re ready to come down, gently lower one leg at a time and rest in Child’s Pose to release any tension.
