Breath of Fire Pranayama is a powerful breathing technique used in Kundalini Yoga. It involves rapid and rhythmic breathing through the nose, focusing on the exhalation rather than the inhalation. This breathing technique is believed to increase vitality, clear the mind, and release toxins from the body.

1. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Then, exhale completely through your nose to prepare for the Breath of Fire.

2. Begin by inhaling deeply through your nose, then exhale forcefully and quickly through your nose by contracting your diaphragm. The inhale and exhale should be equal in duration, but the emphasis is on the forceful exhale.

3. Continue this rapid, rhythmic breathing pattern for about 1-3 minutes to start, gradually increasing the duration as you become more comfortable with the technique.
