Hello everyone! Last time I made a stretching video, so I decided to do the contrary today. We are always told to “stretch” before we exercise but that is incorrect. Static stretching actually increases our chances of getting injured more than not stretching at all. In this video, I am doing DYNAMIC stretching which is the proper way of warming up.
