We were lucky enough to have world renowned mycologist Paul Stamets submit a short video to Mushroom Wonderland to give his thoughts on how to properly harvest a mushroom. There is much contention in the fungi community about wether a mushroom should be cutr or plucked from the ground, so I decided to make a full length video about it with a ton of great mycological minds chiming in on the topic.
