I am a nonprofit founder who now works full time as the Executive Director for the nonprofit I started many years ago! It can seem like a daunting or confusing process to figure out how to start and grow a nonprofit that can eventually hire and sustain staff, including, potentially, the founder of that organization. I wanted to share a few critical pieces of the groundwork needed to set your new nonprofit up for success in this video.
