The global crisis of mental health looms large, with predictions indicating it may become the leading cause of morbidity by 2030. Yet, current diagnoses are highly subjective and treatment options often too generalized. To address this, the future of mental health envisions objective measurement via multiomic sampling and integration of biologic and digital biomarkers, incorporating billions of data points. This future also calls for combining wellness, clinical mental health, and awareness practices with gaming and entertainment.
