As South Africa heads to its tightest vote since the end of apartheid, election campaigning has become increasingly unruly. A massive controversy has erupted over the opposition Democratic Alliance's election advert that shows the South African national flag burning. President Cyril Ramaphosa has called the advert "treasonous, despicable and unacceptable".
