In today's video I want to share with you the 5 steps to quit smoking for good.

From my personal experience I know these five steps to be extremely effective in increasing your odds of successfully stopping smoking for good.

1. Change your environment. You need to throw away all of your smoking devices if you wish to quit. Get rid of your dealers number.
Stop associating yourself with friends who smoke.

If it's your environment you can't really focus on quitting because you're left with the mental battle of, "Should I smoke or should I not smoke". That's extremely taxing on your mental willpower.

2. Get support. I highly recommend you join "Leaves" on Reddit. There's nearly 100,000 members there who offer support, positive feedback and inspirational stories.

We have a social herd mentality and the more you're with people who believe in living a better life, the more you'll want to live a better life. Which is why you need new friends who are sober and productive achieving their goals in life. It's contagious!

3. Start exercising with heavy weights. Walking and swimming are great but they don't give you that real struggle which you get under the pressure of heavy weights.

Our bodies are meant to work, be strong, and that's why lifting heavy is so important. You will have such a release of happy endorphins. After a while you'll see progress on your body and that will translate into extra confidence. You'll feel more important, almost cocky but in a healthy way!

4. Start one new hobby. You need to stay occupied and if you're not staying busy chances are you're more likely to relapse. In my case I really like cooking so I started watching videos of how to cook on youtube and try new recipes almost daily. It's a great way to have fun, eat good and stay busy.

5. Fight your withdrawals. There's natural medication which you can use to help alleviate the majority of your symptoms. For insomnia there's Melatonin. For irritability try Valerian root. For cravings take CBD only if you can't remove pot from your environment.

The only one which you really can't fight is the lack of appetite. I've always noticed by day 5 I'm able to eat a little more each day so push through and you'll get there!
