When we get a perfect pattern, we have a good chance to have a gorgeous miniature dress. But the thing is how to transfer that perfect paper pattern onto a sliding slippery fabric. We may have choose easier fabric like cotton, but it is Kin Kin's design, it has to be an elegant, delicate fabric like bridal satin. A lot of lessons learnt working with such a beautiful fabric.

It's a mom and daughter project. We had such a great time sew gorgeous barbie dress together. I helped her to sew the basic garment, and she did the art work of decorating it.
