In this meditation we take an experiential journey that explores consciousness and the body. In the first stage the experience of ourself seems to be located in and to share the limits of the body. In the second stage, we recognise ourself to be the unlimited, space-like field of consciousness. In the final stage, our experience of the body conforms to our new understanding and is progressively experienced as luminous, open, empty consciousness.
