It can be easy to get bad posture from sitting at a desk all day. This 10-minute stretch will help to loosen your back, shoulders, hips, and wrists while sitting at your desk. Relieve stress and improve your mental and physical health with this quick workout. All levels are encouraged to participate but it is great for beginners.
