After chemo, radiation and Lupron I hedge my bets by attending a healing service at church. So long as you go into the experience thinking of healing as "feeling better" rather than "instant cure" it can be worthwhile. An hour spent in a community of people who all genuinely wish you well is really very touching. And if there is such a thing as healing energy- this is the place you will feel it!
