A Metal Building BARNDOMINIUM means no Cell Signal inside without an expensive Cellular Booster. It also means no WiFi outside without a wired outdoor access point. Metal Buildings act as a giant Faraday Cage and block all electromagnetic fields. We needed a way to not only get our WiFi signal outside the metal building, but to also have a strong enough signal to reach longer distances so we can hook up cameras and other wifi smart devices to out buildings like the Chicken Coop and Horse Barn.

In this video I install the WAVLINK AC1200 Outdoor Wired WiFi Access Point which gives us a 600 foot radius WiFi range around the building. The App I use to test the Wi-Fi signal is called Wi-Fi Sweetspots
