I've been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for a while now and they've started taking over my day-to-day life.
Hearing a notification on my computer or phone make my adrenaline spike, my heart rate jump, and I get a feeling of dread.
I'm recently started seeing a new therapist as we're going to start working on trying to reduce the intensity of them and the frequency of them as we move forward.
