There is a number of ways to remove oil stains from your pavers. When looking to clean your paver stone or wash away oil, you may wan to try using Kitty Litter. Kitty Litter is great for removing oil from a driveway or other area where your paver stones are present.

If you have a fresh spill on your paver, apply kitty litter to the area for 24 hours then sweep away. If the oil stain is still present then you will want to use a more concentrated approach to cleaning your paver stone. If this happens, try using a 10-to-1 water and bleach mixture. Liquid dish soap and or Oxyclean also helps to lift stains from your pavers. This helps to degrease the paver while removing the spot without leaving a trace behind. Allow the detergent to sit for 15 minutes and then scrub with a nylon brush. Let it dry.
Another way to remove oil stains is contacting your mason supply for a paver shampoo.
