Welcome to your 15 minutes of You Time. This yoga practice is designed to relieve stress, tension, overwhelm and connect to a deep sense of inner peace.
Use this practice to reset your mind and body so that you can go back into your day renewed knowing that you are capable of handling any challenges that come your way.

Feel the gentle movements of your body as you flow through the poses, focusing on your breath and the present moment. Allow yourself to let go of any negative thoughts or distractions, and simply be in tune with yourself and your surroundings.
With each stretch and each breath, feel yourself becoming more grounded and centred. Remember that this time is for you, to nurture yourself and replenish your energy. Embrace the peace and calm that washes over you, knowing that you are taking care of yourself in a meaningful way.

As you finish your practice, take a moment to express gratitude for this time you have dedicated to your well-being. Carry this sense of tranquillity and strength with you throughout your day, knowing that you have the power within you to face whatever comes your way with grace and resilience.
