I came home the other day, and needed to make a simple easy FAST weeknight meal that paired with a big salad. I made a sesame/ginger/carrot dressing and made the salad. Then I took some ground pork, veg I had laying around and created this simple dinner.

These packets came together so fast, I shallow-fried them but I might try a deeper fry. I may try a different shape, too, but everyone devoured these.

Best of all, I took the leftover meat mix, minced the leftover shrimp and stirred that in and froze it. So I have another dinner in the freezer: Either I’ll make more packets or simply flash sauté the mixture and spill it out over some noodles.
