Big Sur is one of my favorite destination here in California along the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway.  one of the best restaurants I’ve visited is the Sierra Mar at the post ranch inn. They have a prefix menu for lunch and dinner that did not disappoint. The quality is top-notch, and the ingredients are fresh from the organic garden that is on the property. I got a chance to check out the garden and all the fresh produce that come straight to your table.
