For the past 15 years a nonprofit organization known as M.S. Run The U.S. has been raising money to help people who have the autoimmune disease multiple sclerosis live a better life.

Now, a woman from Montana with ties to the disease is helping raise thousands of dollars as she prepares to run over 100 miles for the cause.

It all started when Doreen Caquelin was scrolling through Facebook. That's when she came across an opportunity that hit close to home.
