When a man dies, a library, filled with versions of his life and story we may never know, dies with him. As an avid reader, Dr Nkechi Dike wondered what about history we are not aware of and how the enlightenment of that history impacts our lives and the decisions we make going forward. Determined not to leave this question unanswered, Dike unravels her father’s history, showing us all the importance of understanding and appreciating the individual journeys we have all taken and how to use the lessons and examples from our past to move forward. She is also a certified career coach, project manager, business strategist, and knowledge consultant. With over 15 years of experience in medicine, education, industry, professional speaking, and consulting, she facilitates organizational and team training events, and convenes the Idea Incubation Seminars, and annual Bold Start Conference.

Additionally, she advocates for Road Safety in Africa and helps mid-level and senior-level professionals with proven career and leadership strategies to gain visibility and deserved recognition in the workplace.
