We take a bunch of potatoes and make vodka with them. This recipe is very good, and simple to make apart from the straining part of it. We used 40 pounds of potatoes 5 pounds of malted barley, and 15 pounds of sugar to make this vodka, and it turned out excellent. To get a distinct taste i chose to use 4 different kinds of potatoes, and i think i made the right decision because it is delicious.
