"I've just got to live my life knowing that this could be it." Emily Hayward was diagnosed with skin cancer when she was 17 in 2011. Emily shared her journey through her own YouTube channel, to raise awareness of melanoma and to also show people that you can still live life to the full while going through cancer treatment.

In 2013 a scan revealed the cancer had returned and spread to her lymph nodes, and later to her lungs, liver and brain. She passed away in June 2018, age 24.
