5000 Steps Workout At Home | Fat Burn Walk | 2 Mile Walk
To celebrate 300k subscribers I wanted to do something special. So I created a Best of compilation of your favourite walking workouts. We're staying in our fat burn zone and we're smashing 5000 steps at home which is a 2 mile walk.
This workout is no commentary so you can bump up the music and jam it out. We're keeping it low impact and super fun.
