Airstrikes by the Air Components of Operations Hadin Kai in the Northeast and Whirl Punch in the North Central have killed terrorists and destroyed their structures.
This development was made known in a statement by NAF spokesman Edward Gabkwet who explained that the insurgents were neutralised on third of May at Chinene which is a location inside the Mandara mountain area near Borno State.
Air Vice Marshal Gabkwet also mentioned that terrorists in Allawa village, near Shiroro local government of Niger State, were killed following credible intelligence, which had revealed the migration of terrorists into the village after the mass exit of locals for fear of their safety.
