Me playing Ravel's piano!!! During my trip to the small, charming town of Montfort L'Amaury in the summer of 2013, I was privileged enough to be allowed to play Ravel's Erard piano at the Musee Maurice Ravel. Many thanks to the eternally generous Madame Claude for allowing me to fulfill my dream of being able to inhabit the instrument upon which Ravel created both of his Piano Concerti as well as several other of his late works.

Wish I hadn't been so nervous and had time to warm up a little, otherwise my playing would have been much less stiff and had fewer mistakes. No matter, still such a thrill! I choose the third and fourth movements of the Valses Nobles et Sentimentales. Thanks for watching!
