"I became the lightning bolt" the words of Usain Bolt when reflecting upon his triumph in the Kingston 2002, World Championships, aged just 15. It was after he won gold in the 200 metre that he did his first ever lightning bolt salute to the crowd and the Lightning Bolt was born.
