Bearing sizing calculation on the basic of bearing lubrication conditions
In this video, I have explained how to do sizing of bearing in all types of lubrication condition Like full film lubrication, Boundary lubrication and mixed lubrication, because knowing the lubrication condition within bearing is the first of bearing sizing, I have also explain how to calculate bearing viscosity ration K, on the basic of actual lubrication viscosity V and rated viscosity V1, and at the end i have give an example, where bearing basic rating life formula L10 is not valid and we should do bearing static safety factor So to insure bearing sizing in case of shock loading or vibrational loading over bearing.
