Annie is a musical comedy-drama film directed by Will Gluck. The story revolves around the character of a ten-year-old girl by the name of Annie Bennett, who has spent all her life in foster care with the cruel Miss Hannigan. However, luckily things start to change when business tycoon and New York City mayoral candidate Will Stacks makes a thinly-veiled campaign move and decides to adopt the little girl.
