" The programme itself is very good if implemented well because some of this clients usually do not have the means of transport to get what they usually want to get from the health facilities. And also you have given them some for miscellaneous which is a very good program to start ", Narrated Sub-County Health Officer, Moyale Ward, Marsabit County, Martha Kule.
Further, the sub-county health officer affirmed that the facilities currently do not have essential drugs an issue which is cross cutting the whole country but now the challenges that we have if this clients that you are targeting they elderly, pregnant and lactating mothers, children under 5 who are in the program come to this facilities and missed this drugs. As per the initial plan they were to come to the nearby clinics.
