Twas the week before Christmas, and my last chance to get out this year (possibly), so it seemed only right I take the old man out and we give it our all.

Our first session was on the south shore of Withernsea, a mark I have fished once or twice, and is known to throw out good fish. The second spot was debated at length, do we head to Kilnsea or the Humber. We settled on heading to the Humber wall at Immingham, where we knew we could make full use of the van.
