1 cup (120g) almond flour (Bob’s Red Mill Superfine blanced)
1 ¾ cup (204g) powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
3 (101g) large egg whites, room temperature
2 tablespoons (26g) granulated sugar
½ teaspoon red gel food color
1/8 teaspoon peppermint oil
White chocolate ganache filling
1 cup (8 ounces) white chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream

Decoration
½ cup white chocolate chips
Crushed candy canes
