4705 Snape's Classroom is a Harry Potter set released in the year 2001. It includes 163 pieces, costs US $19.99/£16.99, and it is intended for children ages seven through twelve. The set depicts the classroom in which Professor Snape teaches potions. Mainly based on Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, the set includes a cauldron, shelves lined with colourful transparent jars for ingredients, Ron Weasley, Professor Snape, and Peeves.

The classroom comes complete with a cauldron, shelves lined with coloured transparent pieces that represent jars for ingredients, and the poltergeist, Peeves. One function of this set is the cauldron, which tips over and spills, revealing a scroll that was hidden under it. The sand-green roof pyramid is a feature unique to LEGO Harry Potter, and a key and a frog are hidden inside of a table. The set contains a cup and a goblet for sampling potions, potion ingredients, a spider in a spider web, a rat, a ladle for the cauldron, a working magnifying glass, and a hinged cabinet that Peeves can emerge from.

The set contains Severus Snape, Ron Weasley and Peeves. It is one of the two sets containing Peeves, the other being 4709 Hogwarts Castle, and this version of the Snape minifigure only appears elsewhere in 4709 Hogwarts Castle and 4733 The Dueling Club. For no particular reason LEGO made Snape's head glow-in-the-dark.
